Quarterly Bonus Plan Overview
Objective
Reward Cash Colligan for delivering exceptional performance on key operational and strategic metrics, as outlined below. The plan is designed to:
- Drive improved team performance (via higher utilization rates).
- Reduce the percentage of “non-green” (i.e., underperforming) SEO accounts.
- Ensure that agreed-upon strategic initiatives are completed within the quarter.
Maximum Quarterly Bonus
Up to 10% of the quarterly base salary.
Note: Current base salary is $71,900, which makes the quarterly base pay $17,975. Therefore, the maximum bonus potential per quarter would be about $1,797.5.
Performance Areas
Each performance area is assigned a weight toward the overall bonus, and the payout within that area is adjusted based on which tier is achieved.
