Printing your own boarding pass shouldn’t be a hassle! Convenience at your fingertips, checking in online for your flight will save you extra time.

The first flight in your itinerary must be operated by United Airlines.
Your itinerary is composed of a total of four flight segments or less.
You are traveling with fewer than nine people.
You have previously scanned your passport while traveling with United Airlines.
You can scan your passport using the United Airlines app to complete check-in or use an airport kiosk.

Your reservation contains certain special service requests that require the help of a United Airline representative at the airport.
Your reservation is paper-ticketed.
You’re booked in Basic Economy, unless you’re checking in a bag.

Yes. This service is available when you need to check bags, as well as when you plan on traveling with only carry-on bags. Once you arrive at the airport, you can use one of our ticket counter kiosks. These kiosk areas are only available at our hub airports and in select cities. You can also choose to check your bags with a United ticket counter representative or curbside skycap (where available). Please be sure to review the minimum required check-in times. Yes. Use any wireless-enabled device to check-in for your flight. Go to united.com in your device’s internet browser. Learn more here about the United app so you can check in here if desired.

You can reprint your boarding pass from another computer (you will have to check in again. You can also reprint from any airport kiosk.

As long as you have signed up for a flight status notification subscription service at united.com, we will notify you of cancellations and delays. If you haven’t signed up and your flight is canceled after you check-in, you should contact United Airlines to be rebooked. If you happen to already be at the airport, you can either use an airport kiosk for assistance or an agent will help you through the accommodation process.
