Be Early, Be Prepared

Whether flying to or from Victoria Regional Airport, you should be prepared to arrive an hour prior to your scheduled departure flight boarding time and 2 hours prior at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport. We allow travelers a single carry-on and one personal item. Good travelers come prepared, but great travelers know what to expect. It’s best to keep your boarding pass and a government-issued ID handy for the screening process, as you’ll have to show these items several times. Your Hometown Airport

Formerly known as Foster Air Force Base, Victoria Regional Airport (VCT) is now a public airport just 5 miles northeast of downtown Victoria. The airport covers over 1700 acres, is composed of 2 runways and a helipad, mainly used for General Aviation at The Jet Center. Travelers flying from Victoria Regional can expect to fly into Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport at Terminal B to reach their destination or connecting flight. Arrival and Departure Details

Arrival and departure times vary depending on your flight. You can view your estimated arrival and departure time when booking.

The suggested arrival time for passengers checking luggage is 90 minutes prior to departure and passengers with carry-on luggage should arrive 60 minutes prior to departure. The ticket counter will close 45 minutes prior to departure and an employee will not be available to assist customers until after the plane departs. Please make sure to arrive within the suggested time frame to ensure boarding.

Free Parking

At Victoria Regional, we want to provide our travelers with the best of the best. You can expect to park your vehicle for free for the duration of your vacation in our lot which is adjacent to the terminal. Don’t worry, our parking area is monitored 24/7 by closed-circuit televisions to capture all activity.
